Front Desk Office Coordinators is a point of contact for all clients pre-and post-service needs. Responsible for scheduling client appointments, greeting clients when they arrive, and helping clients fill out paperwork. Close on social media ad leads with appointments.
Marketing experience a plus, Facebook, Instagram, and email campaign. Front desk coordinators work under the direction of the SPA director, who assigns daily tasks

Unfortunately, not all clients will be happy with the service they received. The front desk coordinator is the point of contact, files complaints, and handles them in a professional manner.
Maintain Service provider appointment schedule:
Pay attention to detail, making sure the Service Provider completes services on time. Bring concerns to the operation director that may have been overlooked.

Be ready to come on days with limited notice and treat the spa as if it’s personal business. Point out things that we need for the spa improvement, things that may be concerning, or how SPA can be improved. Keeping detailed notes of clients

Medical Esthetician

Lifespan is looking for a compassionate Medical Esthetician with management experience. Medical Esthetician will consult with clients to assess their requirements, make informed recommendations, explain services, assist them to select appropriate treatments, and ensure their care and satisfaction. Medical Esthetician will ensure treatments start and end on time. You will maintain knowledge to promote and sell services and retail products. Ensure work areas are clean and tidy, equipment is sanitized, linens are always clean, and treat clients in a courteous and empathetic manner. To ensure success, ensure client retention and build a solid client base. Ideal candidates will be empathetic, caring, and professional, and could make others feel good about themselves.
Certified Injector credentials are a plus. MA license is a plus for all medical grade opportunities.
Time management and organization skills are a must!
Medical Esthetician Responsibilities:
  • Providing facials, and body treatments.
  • Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule.
  • Interviewing clients to obtain information about contraindications and examining skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments.
  • Advising clients on skincare and recommending suitable treatments and home care regimens.
  • Engaging and conversing with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.
  • Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell med spa services and retail products.
Medical Esthetician Requirements:
  • State license to practice as an Esthetician.
  • Licensed Medical Assistant
  • Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
  • Ability to multi-task between services.
  • No-nonsense attitude.

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Lifespan is seeking a part-time/full-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for a Multidiscipline Physical Medicine
The medical staff at Lifespan Medical Group combines physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, medical esthetician, and nutritionists,
Specialists and many other medical specialists all under one roof. Our open-minded approach aims at treating the cause of the patient’s condition rather than managing symptoms. For this reason, we offer many non-drug therapies to our patients and rarely prescribe medications.
We are currently in need of an outgoing, career-driven nurse practitioner/physician’s assistant to help us expand our practice and continue to offer the highest level of care to our patients in the surrounding area.
Experience with health and wellness, joint injections, trigger point injections, and all training protocols will be taught.
The fast-paced, exciting environment of our office relies heavily on our team approach to patient care. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform focused physical exams with emphasis on musculoskeletal exams, order the appropriate diagnostics to determine correct patient diagnosis, evaluate clinical data, consult with our medical team, and provide appropriate treatments and patient education, to overall help direct and manage the patient’s care.
